WHO WE ARE?

Hasan Hüseyin Büyükçelik, who graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2008, was born in Istanbul.


 He successfully graduated from the Istanbul University Social Sciences Institute Private Law graduate program in 2011 with his thesis titled "The Legal Structure of FIDIC and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods Envisioned by FIDIC", which examines the legal structure of the International Federation of Consulting Engineers.


 He continues his doctorate in the field of International Law at the same Institute.


He continues his business life adventure, which started in 2011 in the sales offices of large-scale housing projects, by serving as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of iCanBuy International Real Estate Investments Inc., of which he is the founding partner, since 2014. Büyükçelik established a construction partnership in 2018 and developed remarkable construction projects up to the present.


 Within the scope of the activities of the companies of which he is a partner and manager, it brings foreign capital investments to Turkey directly or through real estate acquisition. On the other hand, he provides consultancy services to both individual and corporate investors and businessmen on Construction Law, Real Estate Law, and Citizenship Law. He was elected as a GIGDER Executive Board Member between July 2021 and November 2023.


He is fluent in English and elementary-level in German.
